Transition from Winter to Spring with Ease
Blair Myers 8 years ago

It's easy to transition from winter to spring in comfortable yet trendy fashions if you choose wisely. Much of where you begin will be dependent on your climate. Here in Georgia our mornings can start off chilly and then rise 30 degrees or more to a sunny and warm afternoon.

Layering is key for me in this kind of weather pattern, but I also enjoy shirts where I can roll up the sleeves and enjoy the warmth of the sun on my skin.

My sandals collection is as vast and wide as my boot selection....
Bundle Up in Style for Winter Weather
Blair Myers 8 years ago

If Winter weather has you bundled up, do it in style with coats, scarves and accessories to keep the cool temps at bay until warmer weather arrives in a few weeks.  Join me for a Winter fashion tour through New York City with freshly fallen snow as my backdrop.

I love these Prada shades trimmed out in a unique nail head detail and they're perfect to shade my baby blues from the bright reflection off freshly fallen snow in Central Park. Scarf is Club Monaco.

Fashion Forecasting for Spring
Blair Myers 8 years ago

Baby it's cold outside and I'm fashion forecasting for sunny Spring days full of short sleeves and pops of color!

Tired of skinny minnie jeans? Go for flare!

Or stick with skinny jeans and pair with some throwback trends like hook and loop velcro strap high top shoes and acid washed jeans. Look for details like buttons, grommets and zippers not just used for function, but also fashion.

One of my favorite looks for a dressed down day is casual street wear as it provides an urban, edgy look with comfort.

3/4 sleeves offer the perfect complement to changing fall temperatures and paired with a twill camo jogger pant and lace up boots I am ready to make any street resemble a fashion runway.

Unsure of what style shirt best highlights your upper body shape and assets? A raglan sleeve as seen here looks good on nearly everyone as the lines the design creates draw attention to s...

It's time to say a familiar farewell to sweet summertime and an excited hello to Autumn! Here are some tips that help with dressing for the transition from Summer to Fall.

Swap Out Your Shoes

Most seasons have specific shoes. Spring and summer are associated with sandals, and canvas sneakers, whereas autumn and winter are home to boots an...
Fall Fashion | Do's and Don't's
Blair Myers 8 years ago

When it comes to finding a hot fall fashion trend, people often turn to their favorite celebrities for inspiration. While many of the styles may be appropriate for Hollywood, some do not work well for those of us outside the shining lights of Sunset Boulevard. There are several things to avoid when it comes to fall fashion including:

A trend in fall fashions will include clothing with embellishments. Do not wear embellishments from head to toe; instead, choose one piece of embellished cloth...
Summer to Fall Hair
Blair Myers 8 years ago

“Should I go darker for Fall?”… I say “YES!” Although I’m known for bright blond locks most of the year, I love a deeper, richer shade in the Fall. You’re toning down bright fashion favorites to more neutral earth tones, so why not do the same with your hair?

Rich colors that are in this season include auburn, chestnut and chocolate browns, and caramel and toffee blondes. It’s important to align the tone of your hair with undertone of your skin. For example, my skin is ashy with pink underton...
