Transition from Winter to Spring with Ease
Blair Myers 8 years ago

It's easy to transition from winter to spring in comfortable yet trendy fashions if you choose wisely. Much of where you begin will be dependent on your climate. Here in Georgia our mornings can start off chilly and then rise 30 degrees or more to a sunny and warm afternoon.

Layering is key for me in this kind of weather pattern, but I also enjoy shirts where I can roll up the sleeves and enjoy the warmth of the sun on my skin.

My sandals collection is as vast and wide as my boot selection....
Waldorf Chicken Wrap
Blair Myers 8 years ago

Waldorf Chicken Salad sounds like a scrumptious yet unhealthy lunch option, but have no fear because Blair the calorie cutting warrior is here! ;) If you don't like the taste of rotisserie chicken or it's not available, you can use canned chicken or packaged grilled chicken strips as an easy substitute to save time over preparing the chicken yourself. The juices you can opt in or out, same with the mustard as it can be taken out or customized to your taste. I love all the fresh, juicy and crun...

Challenging yourself with ideas like the below will help you tackle the top two excuses for avoiding exercise and help you torch calories in less time: a lack of time and reduced motivation as the result of poor results from previous weight-loss attempts. It’s true tha...
